Our patients pay a monthly fee for a comprehensive set of healthcare services, including unlimited office visits, preventative care, chronic disease management, and even basic procedures and tests, all without the involvement of insurance companies.

Dr. Di is an answered prayer. Finally a doctor that listens and give me the time I need. We moved the whole family to this practice. Almost didn’t do this review because I don’t want to share him lol Alexis is such a happy spirit and a wonderful part of the team. She really makes you smile when you walk in the door.
