Our Mission

Long before I started Paradigm Primary Care, I realized that practicing medicine in large health systems was restricting me from being the physician I wanted to be.

I needed to build a practice where I could break free from the constraints and focus on providing personalized and attentive care to my patients. A place where I am able to spend more time with each patient, building strong relationships and addressing their individual needs. This not only improves the quality of care, but also fosters a sense of trust and understanding between patient and physician.

At Paradigm primary Care, our mission is to bridge the gap between patients and physicians, and prioritize the well-being of our patients above all else.



A Direct Primary Care (DPC) Model

Paradigm Primary Care providers will be limited to around 300 patients each compared to the typical 2,000-3,000 patient panel in traditional insurance based practice. With generous visit times and on demand access, my goal is to know and care for my patients on a much more personal and effective level.

Paradigm Primary Care will be your medical home for comprehensive preventative services and management of chronic diseases, as well as basic specialty care including dermatologic & musculoskeletal procedures, physician supervised weight loss, hormone health, and much more. Care will be highly tailored to the individual patient, with referrals to specialists as needed.
